Easy Meals That Promote Weight Loss

Turkey sandwiches are great - for about a day or two. Then it just gets kind of old to be eating your leftover turkey on bread. Ronald Mcdonald and his sidekick the Hamburglar,Wendy, the Chihuahua from Taco Bell.


When placing the meat in your dog's bowl, be sure to remove all pieces of bone, and the skin! Just like chicken bones, turkey bones splinter and can cause blockage or perforation of the intestine. Rich, fatty foods such as turkey skin and dark turkey meat are difficult to digest and can cause vomiting and diarrhea in your dog, and in extreme cases, pancreatitis. Dogs and turkey bones aren't a good combination.


If you're anything like me, traditionally I started out baking my boneless turkey breast recipes dinners every year. Sometimes I would wash and dry the turkey and put a little salt, pepper and oil on the outside and put it in the oven to get a good crisp and brown surface. But it to me it seemed like the turkey would always turn out the same. The meat itself had some tenderness and a little flavor added provided that I properly injected the turkey with the correct marinades. The outside skin would differ depending on the type of baste that I used but when all was said and done, it was just another thanksgiving turkey.


Quick weight loss tip number one is to drink lots of water. Do you know that you should be drinking half of your body weight, in ounces, of water each day? And if you know it, do you actually drink that much water each day? Chances are, you don't, even though you know how important water is to your health and life.


What size of turkey do I need to buy? Plan for at least one pound of uncooked turkey roast per person when purchasing a whole turkey. You'll have enough for the feast and for leftovers, too.


Even people who are trying to lose weight need to take some snacks in between meals to avoid starving themselves. There are several natural weight loss foods that can make healthy, low-fat snacks for you to eat. Frozen cold sweet fruits are very nutritious with a smooth, creamy texture. Fruits like grapes, blueberries and bananas can be very refreshing and satisfying when frozen. The dried fruit snack is also a very good and healthy alternative. Fruits like dates, mangoes and papayas are very rich in vitamin C, vitamin A and iron with very little calorie content.


Healthy party snacks provide energy all day long, while sugary or fatty snacks give you a quick energy rush but ultimately leave you feeling depleted. And if you give yourself a variety of choices, healthy snacking is never boring. Healthy snacking can be very beneficial. Not only will it help you reach your nutrition goals, but it can give you that extra energy to help keep you performing at your best.
